75 Hard Challenge Rules: Tips and Advice
Rule 1: Follow a healthy diet, but the specific type is up to you.
Rule 2: Drink one gallon of water per day; use a gallon jug and fill it up the night before for convenience.
Rule 3: Complete two workouts per day, with one of them being outdoors. Put equal effort and energy into both workouts.
Rule 4: Read 10 pages of a self-help book every day; make time for it and choose books that interest you.
Rule 5: Take progress pictures every day, preferably in the same place and at the same time. Save them for comparison at the end.
Note: There are additional rules for after completing the 75 Hard Challenge, but they are not discussed in this video.
